Please review the Legal Docs/Covenants regarding what types of work will need Architectural Committee approval. From cutting down trees with a trunk larger than 6 inches to installing a pool, fence or a chicken coop, many projects will require preapproval. To get approval, submit your requests by email to wgi.board@gmail.com and include your phone number and lot number. A Board member will get back to you. Be prepared to provide drawings of building projects as well as drawings of position on the property. The process is generally not lengthy and will not hold up your plans. Being prepared with descriptions of what you propose to do will aid in speeding the process. Recently approved projects appear below.
